Farmers keep their records on a phone. Programmes, banks and insurers can rely on them, with the farmer’s consent. We keep the evidence honest, so you can focus on the farm.
Evidence signed on the device
Built for everyone who serves the farmer
A workspace for governments, NGOs, cooperatives and agribusinesses. Run programmes, map farms and report with evidence you can defend.
Add your farm by standing on it. Record planting, spraying, harvest, sales and spending. Everything works without data and sends when you are back online.
You do not get a database. You get an attestation: signed facts a farmer agreed to share with you, for one purpose and a limited time.
Attestation Illustrative
Screenshots of the FaWCOS workspace and farmer app, shown with sample data. Names and figures are examples.
The same evidence always gives the same level, and the reason is recorded.
A photo counts only after its file has uploaded and matches its fingerprint.
Only the FaWCOS review team can clear one. Field officers collect evidence; they cannot grant a level.
Zeke is the FaWCOS Auditor, a team member who looks for what does not add up. He never changes a level.
Identity, land and activity are each levelled from 0 to 3 from field evidence. A rule decides, and people review. A farmer’s stated area is kept apart from the area measured on the ground.
Declared is not verified. Small parcels show their uncertainty, and an empty figure is shown as unavailable, never as zero.
Tiers follow the FaWCOS Verification Standard v0.1 and are provisional.
Level 2 for land needs a boundary walked on foot. Each point counts only when the phone is accurate to 10 metres or better, and a boundary needs at least six. Area is then measured, never taken from what was declared.
Banks and insurers do not get a database. They receive an attestation: the verified facts a farmer agreed to share, for one purpose, for a limited time.
Every share is logged. Withdraw consent and the attestation is withdrawn with it.
In development: early access
Zeke is an AI on the FaWCOS team. He helps organisations understand their figures and helps reviewers spot what does not add up. He investigates. People decide.
He never changes a level. Only approved organisation figures reach him, never names, phone numbers or individual records.

the farmer is registered No. They receive an attestation: signed facts a farmer agreed to share, for one purpose and a limited time. If the farmer withdraws consent, the attestation is withdrawn. Every share is logged.
A rule does, from recorded evidence, and the reason is kept. People review what is flagged and only the FaWCOS review team can clear a flag. Zeke investigates but never changes a level.
Yes. Everything saves on the phone first and sends when the phone is back online.
Not yet. It is in early access. You can request access, and test keys with a sandbox come first. Live keys are issued after a manual review by the FaWCOS team.
